JOHOR BAHRU, July 23 — The Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) has urged the government to develop a comprehensive national master plan to address the growing shortage of healthcare personnel, warning that the issue is no longer a short-term challenge but a serious threat to the sustainability of the public healthcare system.
